Confirmed Service Customer
Once I arrive, it’s always awkward to see people but no one says anything to you so I’m wondering where to go or is anybody going to come up and speak with me. To get in you need to honk the horn so it’s not like no one heard me. This happened several years back when I first moved to CT and took my older suburban in. No one ever came so i left. I walked up to the first person I saw available and asked for assistance. She was working with an employee and said she would help me after she was done. I don’t normally like to deal with service at dealerships but when I purchased the vehicle they gave me 2 oil changes. So I’ll take full advantage of that BUT not sure if I’ll be back after just for the simple fact that the people interaction is not existent. The rep who did help me was nice and explained everything which is the reason for the review. I say you have 1 more opportunity to WOW me with customer service otherwise thanks for having the vehicle I wanted and hope we never cross paths again.
