Eddy was wonderful every step of the way. As was Jason the finance manager, and Phil the sales manager. The wait times are a bit too much. I spent hours at the dealership over the course of 3 days. Overall I had a great experience.
Staff was very responsive to the issue with my truck. A little disappointed that there was not a loaner vehicle available and that the truck was ready a day after it was said it would be done. They were quick to remedy the check engine light that showed up when I picked up the truck.
Went in because my brand new Trax is making a slight rattling noise. The mechanic came with me for a test drive and said he heard it and that he would tinker around to see what he could find and that someone would call. No one ever called, so when I called back. I was told that the mechanic who came with me for a test drive left and that another mechanic couldn't hear the rattling noise. I had another mechanic look at the car and he was able to hear it, but the chevy service center mechanics don't. This car has 15k miles on it and what I will have to pay for should have been covered under warrantee. Also, when I come to drop my car off (this is all the time with Chevy service only) I have to interrupt someone in order for them to take me. There is no line. Just a bunch of people on a computer, who will do everything they can to not make eye contact and hope you don't pick them. The only employee who's customer service is outstanding is a women named Bianca. She will go out of her way to help anyone she sees who is not being taken care of. She follows through with everything she says and is outstanding. If you are unfortunate enough to be stuck with anyone else, expect disappointment.
