I went in for an issue with my brand new truck's passenger door, the weather stripping needed to be replaced. The vehicle is under warranty, I scheduled weeks in advance to only be put in a rental car that ended up costing me money out of pocket for their insurance, and now my passenger door won't open AT ALL. I couldn't take it in over the holiday due to being away and the lack of ability for the dealership to make sure they could accommodate me with a loaner car so now I'm $60 poorer, with no fault of my own, while paying for an almost $500 per month 2019 truck with a passenger door that doesn't open. This is my second vehicle purchased here but there WILL NOT be a third.
The repair took very long and we had 2 different rental cars. Not very efficient on Chevrolet’s part. The 2nd rental car from Chevy was dirty on the inside, did not find it acceptable. The updates on the repairs were appropriate but when the car was ready they didn’t even bother cleaning it after such a long service time. It’s the least they could have done. Not very impressed with the service
I was quite upset because after a couple of months of not being able to get my parts from GM, my parts finally arrived. I scheduled an appointment to get services done but when I arrived I was then told I needed my warranty information again since it wasn’t through Chevy. This was upsetting because I should have been told before hand that they needed it and also the warranty company was closed in Saturday’s. It was a total waste of my time and they should have been prepared for my SCHEDULELD appointment
I'm annoyed, that if I don't purchase On Star, my gps in my car will not function unless I use a Samsung cord connected. My former Camry, never had this issue. No cord was required for the gps to operate.
The team is my supportive. I had an issue with General Motors and my Chevy equinox 2014. I feel that the issue was not resolved. I was not told about a $500 fee that I will have to pay for diagnostics which really became very stressful for me to have to get lowered. The company is not accommodating and has poor communication. I ultimately received a voucher from General Motors apologizing for my experience I will not be making any purchases with this company and I will not be referring any friends and family with this company.
