I have been to the mazda side of this dealership in the past because I also own a mazda and it's great. However the Chevrolet side is HORRIBLE, they dont pick up the phone, after the 5th time calling they finally pick up the phone but they're not able to answe my questions, the customer service person is not able to explain what they fixed in my car, when I asked him whats the difference between the water pump and the water intake he wouldnt know the answer. Also the documentation online about what waa fixed is horrible. I have paid $2500 in repairs this month for my Chevy Cruze abd I still dont know what was fixed, because no one seems to have a clue of what they're doing.
Everything was good with the exception of the diagnostic fee not being waived considering Partyka did the repair. Most other shops would have waived the diagnostic fee if they were given the opportunity to make the repair. $125 diagnostic fee, in my opinion was an overcharge. We have had our car serviced at the dealership since we purchased it in October 2015. So being charged a fee to determine the problem when repairs were completed by the dealrship seemed a little over the top. It will definitely influence our decision to have major repairs completed by Partyka in the furture. That being said, Shelby was great and should be commended on her efforts to keep us informed throughout the repair process.
Piotr Jurkowski was very helpful in what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, once they saw how much I wanted to spend, the sales manger Phil worked the Black Fridays rebate to put me in a new truck. Thanks guys.
The gen.mgr. Joe galagi went far beyond what I had expected. He not only listened to my problem, he reacted immediately and satisfied my every concern with a most unexpected solution. He is a credit to Partyka Chevrolet.
I ordered a 2019 Colorado on August 28 and was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. It took twelve weeks for the truck to arrive at the dealership (November 20th). Either the sales staff is miss informed on how long it takes for a vehicle to come in when its ordered or they just don't know or lied. Either way I feel its inexcusable for the lack of knowledge. The 12 week delivery date wasn't going to stop me from buying the truck but, I had jobs planned and needed the truck to do them. I would've been able to better serve my customers had I known the actual delivery schedule. They were very apologetic but, never offered a discount of any kind not even the "free undercoating" or "dealer prep", nothing ! I would tell other people thinking about ordering a vehicle from this dealership to expect twice as long for it to arrive and no sympathy or discount for your inconvenience.
