10 mins after picking up car for safety issues which had apparently been addressed. Vehicle almost caught on fire & had to be towed back to dealership. Problem was caused by service tech. This caused extreme inconvenience not to mention extreme stress for my wife as she was driving the vehicle. This is the second issue that I have had with poor service at Lee Partyka.
No pressure.. Asked what my needs and wants were and was presented with two options on three different vehicles. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Probably my best experience when dealing with a car dealership.
Everything was fine until I saw a little smoke coming from the hood of my truck. So when I got home I noticed that they had spilled a little oil on the motor and the left an oil cap on top of the radiator. Other than that it was good.
Ashley was AWESOME! She worked with us on what we were initially interested in purchasing and shifted gears with us as we shifted our interest to the Volt & Bolt. She brought Doug (the in-house EV guru). The experience from start to driving away with our new Bolt was great
Hat vehicle in for service also one high beam headlight was out was told me to replace bulb but found out was only a fuse my thought was they should have check the fuse first instead they charged me $70 labor just to change a fuse they said that was for a diagnostics the text should have checked the fuse first my thought
