A little disappointed in the service. Everytime I go down for service they always find something not broken that needs fixing. Was told that the motor mounts were broken and that my engine was falling out. The sales are great but service has a long way to go
I have always had great service at the dealership but I wasn't happy this time. It wasn't the service per se but the employees. I dropped my car off for an oil change and the intake man was a bit rude. Asked what was up with my window. I hadn't any issues but he said it wasnt working. I got in the car and it was okay so I said leave it alone. I had an appt, I dropped my car off for an oil change and I left to go grocery shopping. I usually stay so I know how long it takes. I came back an hour and a half later and was told the paperwork was on his desk and he had to print out the invoice. After an additional half hour of waiting for the invoice I asked the cashier what was taking so long and she laughed and said "just another minute" I told her I didn't think it was funny. I find a half hour to print an invoice a gross waste of a customer's time.
Shelby was awesome, I really had a wonderful experience with service.. I will never go anywhere else to service my car.. I will also right a great review on Yelp for everybody to know what great service they provide
I came in to purchase a vehicle since my lease was ending in two months and after test driving a trax crossover I was excited to purchase one since I needed to downsize from my equinox. My salesman Jamie Valentine was excellent he explained all the features of the trax and even found me one that had everything I wanted which ended up being the 2018 Trax Premiere My next conversation was with Richard Montalvo and he had his work cut out for him with the financing but he came through and I’m now the proud owner of a 2018 Trax Premiere
I was in desperate need of tire repair/replacement. Originally went to a tire shop where they wuoted me a price $50 more per tire than the dealership. When I called the dealership and explained my situation, they were able to see me right then with no scheduled appointment. Once they looked at my tires they recommended purchasing only 2 as opposed to 4 saving me over $500. The other place was insisting I needed 4 for a cost of close to $1000 for tires not of equal quality as the ones I had.
Once I arrive, it’s always awkward to see people but no one says anything to you so I’m wondering where to go or is anybody going to come up and speak with me. To get in you need to honk the horn so it’s not like no one heard me. This happened several years back when I first moved to CT and took my older suburban in. No one ever came so i left. I walked up to the first person I saw available and asked for assistance. She was working with an employee and said she would help me after she was done. I don’t normally like to deal with service at dealerships but when I purchased the vehicle they gave me 2 oil changes. So I’ll take full advantage of that BUT not sure if I’ll be back after just for the simple fact that the people interaction is not existent. The rep who did help me was nice and explained everything which is the reason for the review. I say you have 1 more opportunity to WOW me with customer service otherwise thanks for having the vehicle I wanted and hope we never cross paths again.
