While I appreciated the fact that Mr. Galagi was willing to negotiate a lower price, I remain dissatisfied with GM (and I have informed them of this). All the effort was on trying to get me to accept what I feel is a bad policy. Forcing the customer to purchase a high cost part and service unnecessarily because of a what looked like an oversight on GM's part is unacceptable.
After having my tire fall off after being serviced, then having the rotor, etc fixed, I was told I would have my truck washed and detailed before picking it up. That never happened. Your customer service and attention to detail is absolutely horrible. I felt as though I was a pariah an that no one wanted to deal with me. Service manager didn't even has the decency to speak to me Thoroughly Disgusted!!
I think the service representative was Shelby? She was courteous, explained the process clearly and got me in earlier than expected. The work (Recall quick-fix and oil change and tire rotation) was done ahead of time. Very happy, as usual
Shelby was great to work with. Thank you for providing great service. One improvement would be having a desk or two in the wait area to make it a little easier to work from the dealership. Sitting at the kids table is kind of a pain
Was in for a lengthy time period for oil change & tire rotation. Tech seemed more interested in conversation with co workers & almost forgot to change filter, he had the hood closed as if service was completed then noticed he hadn���t changed the filter & did so. I have noticed a definite change in your dealership & sad to say not for the better Sorry
All of the people at the dealership were wonderful. Mark was very pleasant to deal with and Antonio was very accommodating to any needs. Lori explained everything I had to sign with swiftness and ease. Even with my difficult situation I was treated respectfully like anyone else that walked in the door. Thank you all!
My mileage and odometer readings were left in kilometer instead of miles. I had to bring the car back to have it reset. The guy spoke to me as if I set it like that, I did not. I brought it in reading as miles, that is how it should have been given back to me.
I made an appointment and was processed in quickly, my car was serviced timely and my wait was comfortable and within a reasonable amount of time. My service was exactly what I asked for and the price was exactly what I expected. In-out and on my way!!
