I brought my car in at 8am in the morning and they was putting a car remote starter on my car..they said it will take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours..well my car wasn't ready until about 2pm that afternoon..
Good morning. I understand the first plan for the visit, was to have you wait for the remote starter install. I did find out, that programming the software became an issue and the factory needed to be contacted for assistance. The service writer did provide a no charge loaner vehicle and the labor amount was discounted as a courtesy. While the work did take longer than anticipated, because of an unanticipated software issue, I do hope the loaner vehicle and reduction in labor charges helped somewhat. Not good. After my last service for oil change and tire rotation I said I wouldn't be back. Decided to give them another chance and was even more disappointed. Each visit required 2 trips to rotate tires correctly and 4 hours each time for oil change and tire rotation. Not convenient

It was quick and I did recently did buy a car and it seemed as if the paperwork was lost in the shuffle because service told me the bumper to bumper warranty was expired due to previous owner and it seemed as it was not updated - issue was resolved. Besides that everything was great!
Dave Coppola made the experience great. He was very professional and just all around very nice person. Phil in finance was also a great help. It was just an all-around good experience with great team members
This is the second time I've been to the dealership for the same problem and I purchased the vehicle certified in May 2020. The first time they assured me it was a glitch and the second time they found a small issues which gave me some reassurance that maybe it was fixed. I'm hoping I won't have any other issues within the month but only time will tell.
