The person who waited on me in the service department went to lunch as some other women who worked in service i didnt catch her name told me my paperwork would be mailed to me i find that very odd not sure why she wouldn't just get it for me. In my eyes that is very un professional. My salesperson told me i would get 2 free oil changes and the service guy told me i only had 1. I am hoping i get my paperwork in the mail and if not i will be calling the service manager
I've had to return 3 times for the same problem and have waited anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. That was ridiculous. My problem still isn't fixed because a part/radio had to be ordered that took 2 weeks plus. I had surgery on 1/29 and can't drive to get my car fixed, now that the part finally came in. Now that I think about it I believe it took over 3 weeks for the dealership to call me.
I brought my truck in for a brake failure. My service advisor was Candice. She was absolutely amazing at her job. She would constantly call me telling me any kind of update they had (even if they hadnt figured anything new out yet). She always made sure to keep me in the look. The service tech that was working on my truck was Fred Goglia. Fred would come out and talk to me when I was there explaining to me what was going on. It took a while to fix the issue, but absolutely not due to Partyka. They did everything they could to make this as smooth and quick for me as possible.
Im not really satisfied because the other dealership when you change the oil they washed your car and vacuum its not the oil change they do . Ya guys only changed the oil for me and that set . Im sorry I be honest thanks
