Ty is an excellent service advisor. He is very professional and courteous. Service manager Kevin is a great asset as well. I spent years in the business myself as both an advisor and service director and these gentlemen are great.
Leasing a car since Dec 2019. I turned in early lease on other car. Salesman took $1000 off when told him would think about it. Put $490 or something down. Payts were to be $169 a month. Turns out $188.99. NEVER was told I had to pay remaining payts. Why would I have to pay for a car I turned in. MONTHs later I get a bill from GM for $918 and change. To make me upset is I applied for cr card to pay off one that had high interest. I was denied because of GM payment that was not made because I didnt know about it. Talked to two ppl and got nowhere. Then manager. Still waiting as to what to do because they sent me a check for $587.91 for GM and I have to pay the diff of $330.34. Also I have envelope of papers from first car I leased and NOTHING except envelope with registration. Was told over a week ago I would get paper work and they would deal with GM about my credit rating. I need to know if I send the check for $581 to where I make monthly payts. I dont even want to continue leasing this car but what will that cost. My bro in law brought me to lease because he has leased about 7 or 8 cars from Partyka. Unfortunately he moved out of state and cant come with me so I dont get caught again. I didnt even want to see anyone because of that when had car serviced
Although I've moved a bit farther away recently from the dealership and get my oil changes at a location more conveniently close to my house, I will always bring my car in to Partyka for other maintenance and for repairs. The service staff is kind and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of dropping off the car in the evening, and the fast repair of my car the very next day was great. They always check if a repair is covered under warranty, remind me of required maintenance, and get my repairs done efficiently.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2020 1500 pickup... The people I dealt with at Lee Partyka ( Joe Capozzi & Jim Mazziotti ) were polite and not pushy . They took time to go over the details of a number of possible Trucks that might be available .. my especial Thanks to Joe Gallagi ��� I had been trying to buy a new Chevrolet pickup for about 5-6 months... I tried the 3 local dealerships 1st , without success . I also tried to work with another 5 dealerships more distant from my location by email and again without success , I had just about given up .. .. There were a few issues, First, your website mentioned you did state vehicle inspections, which i requested with my online scheduling. Once I arrived I was informed that you no longer provided that service. Second, after the service oil life window was not updated after my oil change, and it doesn't appear that my tires air pressure was checked ( and I am not even sure if they even rotated the tires considering the tire pressures) as they were all low before I got there and when I checked them after I left the pressures had not changed. Third, I had to call back to check on my car to see if it was done. Fourth, I also had to ask for the free car wash card as it was not offered. On a positive note, The attendant was friendly, the garage was clean.
Everyone was great! Very helpful and patient with us! Went above to help us get the exact car we were looking for for the price we could afford. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back!
Everything went very smoothly from the time I arrived right through to the completion of service. Everything was very professional. Just a thought, prior dealerships I���ve dealt with always washed my car when I brought it in for service. Just curious if this is something you can include. Thank you
