I bought 2 Chevy in Florida a 2016 Silverado and a 2019 Traverse and oil changes, filter and tire rotation are no cost to me! On the Cruise I got only 2 no cost to me, that Chevy paid for the 3rd I had to pay.
The service advisor, Shelby, was thorough as she explained what work was needed to be done. Also, she answered all my questions and promptly returned my phone calls. Further, she made every reasonable effort with scheduling my service, including a convenient time for me to pick up my vehicle.
So I went to the dealership to find out why my key wasn’t shutting off my truck come to find out I was needed a shift assembly so I was diagnosed with an amount but I also told her something else wasn’t working on my car so she told me it may or may not work depending on what it is but knowing that we were changing a shift assembly it should work that was actually from the person that help me with the transaction not the actual technician so as of Friday the fifth they called me let me know my truck was ready to be picked up so I asked the representative was my dimmer light that was also brought to their attention when I Drop my truck off that it wasn’t working so when I get a phone call this morning to tell me that my truck was ready they told me that I would have to pay a whole Nother diagnosis charge because it’s a total different part of the car that’s actually not working correctly which was brought to their attention the same day not one time did this representative tell me I would have to pay another diagnosis charge until I told her that I was on my way to pick up my truck and she told me that my dimmer light still was not working so I feel like this was unprofessional in knowing that I let the dealership fix my part knowing that I normally go to a Nother place to get my truck fixed that I feel like this Not taking care of correctly so at this time I want a manager to contact me regarding this issue because knowing that nothing was told to me when I initially told them the problem until the problem DN get fixed when my truck was fixed to pick up so please give me a call so we can try to resolute this issue or make a customer happy about the situation that was very unprofessional
It was easy to set up the appointment. When I got there a representative of the service department was with me within a minute and within 5 minutes all the formalities were completed. I was out sooner than expected.
Our Sales and Leasing Consultant, Richard Vincent, was very good.He was skillful in his approach and did well to represent the dealership and the Chevrolet brand. In the end he, and the team at Partyka, helped make good on a not-so-very-good situation. Ownership should be proud of his handling of us and the sale.
I detailed my car a half before I dropped it off for servicing. I drove a courtesy car with Lee Partyka all over it for a week like I work for the company. I picked up my truck and it was filthy. I have to return it today as the hard cover that was installed malfunctioned. My mother bought a car the same day. The oil change light on her car went on 2 days after she purchased it. They should have changed the oil before giving her the car. Your dealership isn’t around the corner and the only reason I completed my purchase was because of Luis Rivera.
