I made a web appointment for my third oil change for my '16 Impala, was greeted promptly by 'Sarah' who is always very pleasant. In 35 minutes I was on my way. $52.00, not bad. Excellent service, which is why my car will always be serviced by Partyka.
The young lady at the service desk was very professional and comforted herself in a way that exhibited the perfect customer service experience. I have working as a customer service manager for years and experienced with her all that I strived to bring out in all the people that I worked with. Even though I had to return to the service department twice because of a loose connection after the repair.I would think of the whole experience as not good.
It was a great experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy that they were able to assist me and it didn't take too long. Sarah was amazing and extremely helpful and so were the drivers that have me a courtesy ride while the car work was being done
Dave was very attentive to all of my needs in a car and questions about functions and capabilities of the model I chose. Steve was fantastic in finding the best finance option for me and I love that the dealership went out of the way to make the transition process from my old Chevy to my new Chevy smooth and seamless. After receiving routine maintenance on my vehicle, I had to take my car back because my remote start was not working. Further investigation at the dealership confirmed that an employee did not tighten the oil cap all the way and air was getting into the car system, which was causing the remote start to stop working. Taking my car back was an inconvenience.
